Key Components of Large Crushing Equipment Pass Customer Acceptance, Demonstrating Allis Saga’s Core Competence

Yesterday, a technical team from a renowned Russian mining machinery enterprise visited Allis Saga’s factory to conduct an acceptance inspection of key large components supplied by Allis Saga, including the main shaft assembly of the 1250 large multi-cylinder cone crusher and the boom guard plates of the 60110 large gyratory crusher.

These large components are intended to replace the original parts of the international brand crushers—MP1250 multi-cylinder cone crusher and 60-110E gyratory crusher—used by Russia’s largest gold mining enterprise, thereby helping the customer alleviate the challenges in the supply of large crusher components.

As a key component of the crushing equipment, the performance of the main shaft assembly directly affects the crushing efficiency and service life of the equipment. Leveraging advanced processing equipment and technologies, Allis Saga has optimized the materials and processes of this assembly, significantly enhanced its reliability and reduced operating costs, making it suitable for various complex operating conditions in metal mines.

The boom guard plate is a crucial component for protecting the boom of the gyratory crusher, which can effectively mitigate wear caused by ore impact and friction.

In the R&D and manufacturing process, Allis Saga adopts special wear-resistant materials and innovative structural design, significantly enhancing its impact resistance and service life, thereby ensuring its stable operation under complex conditions.

In accordance with the acceptance plan, the Russian engineers conducted a comprehensive inspection and verification of the components, which included reviewing the quality control process documentation, checking key dimensions, and assessing assembly quality. Allis Saga’s technical team accompanied the inspection throughout the process, responding promptly to all inquiries raised by the Russian engineers.

Faced with various professional and technical inquiries, our technical personnel provided detailed responses based on product design parameters and test data. They elaborated on the process optimizations made during product design to adapt to complex operating conditions, and combined with application cases, clearly demonstrated that Allis Saga’s equipment—from structural design to overall performance—fully meets the operational requirements of various working conditions, thereby underscoring the wear resistance, stability, and reliability of Allis Saga’s large spare parts.

During the review meeting, the Russian engineers conducted a joint session with the headquarters team via remote connection, focusing on key indicators such as the dimensional accuracy, material certifications, and compatibility of the components. Meanwhile, they conducted in-depth discussions with Allis Saga’s technical team regarding product packaging plans, logistics and transportation, maintenance, and spare parts supply, collaboratively exploring potential improvements.

After multiple rounds of detailed communication and professional evaluation, the final assessment results showed that these large key components not only fully meet the OEM’s installation and usage requirements but also surpasses the OEM design standards in certain indicators.
