[Chengde Project News] Allis Saga Equipment at Jingcheng Group

 Strategic Partner

Chengde Jingcheng Mining Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1998, is a large-scale iron ore mining enterprise in Hebei Province. Through years of development, iron ore mining and beneficiation have become the pillar of Jingcheng Group. The entire production system of Jingcheng Iron Mine consists of one main mining area, two fine crushing centers, and seven beneficiation enterprises, with an annual output of over 5 million tons of iron concentrate.

In active response to government initiatives and guided by the positioning of a "national water conservation functional area," Jingcheng Group has continuously promoted restructuring and increased investment in the construction of green mines to address extensive mining development practices. For the development of green, safe, and intelligent mines, from beneficiation design to process selection, the group places greater emphasis on equipment processing capacity, operational reliability, and cost-performance when purchasing equipment.

As a professional brand specializing in the R&D, production, sales, and service of crushing and screening equipment, Allis Saga offers a complete product line that includes single-cylinder and multi-cylinder cone crushers, jaw crushers, linear/circular vibrating screens, vibrating feeders, integrated mobile crushing plants, as well as genuine high-quality spare parts and assemblies for all equipment series.

Since the establishment of Allis Saga’s Beijing Sales and Technical Service Center in 2014, it has provided comprehensive services for the crushing and screening equipment of Baoshan Mining and Jingcheng Fine Ore Center under Jingcheng Group, including the provision and supply of main equipment, after-sales service, technical training, technological transformation, and spare parts for all imported equipment.

Guided by the philosophy of "Customer First, Quality Foremost" and the cooperation principle of "Mutual Benefit and Shared Success," Allis Saga has provided solid support for Jingcheng Group’s production and operations. Throughout the collaboration, the equipment of Baoshan Mining and Jingcheng Fine Ore Center has operated steadily with low failure rates and consistently met production targets.

Allis Saga’s crushing and screening products, characterized by high cost-performance ratio, high reliability, and low failure rates, as well as its comprehensive and responsive after-sales service, have been highly praised by all mining customers of Jingcheng Group, laying the foundation for a long-term strategic partnership.

### Equipment in Operation at Jingcheng: Win-Win Cooperation

  • In 2016, Jingcheng Group built the 10 million t/a Sandaogou Mining Project. Based on the recognition of Allis Saga’s high-quality, high-reliability equipment, after-sales service, and technical support, the Group purchased eight sets of feeding and screening equipment from Allis Saga, including one vibrating grizzly feeder, three single-layer water-washing vibrating screens, and four double-layer linear vibrating screens.

  • In 2018, due to changes in raw ore moisture content, Kuancheng Baoshan Mining under Jingcheng Group purchased two linear vibrating screens from Allis Saga as pre-screening equipment before secondary crushing, in order to extend the service life of crusher liners.

  • In 2019, to reduce grinding costs and enhance crushing capacity, Kuancheng Baoshan Mining and Jingcheng Fine Ore Center successively purchased one MH800, one MH900, and four MH950 cone crushers from Allis Saga to serve as the core equipment for the fine crushing operations.

  • In 2020, Jingcheng Group planned to build a new crushing plant with a processing capacity of 60 million t/a, requiring gradation of crushed products. After repeated inspections, multi-party demonstrations, scheme comparisons, and long-term on-site equipment performance tests, the Allis Saga MH950 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher was highly recognized by Jingcheng Group for its advantages in processing capacity, fine particle content, operating power consumption, equipment weight, and investment in workshop infrastructure. Consequently, Jingcheng Group decided to deploy 12 sets of Allis Saga MH950 cone crushers for the entire fine crushing line.

01 Sandaogou Mining 1600 t/h Iron Ore Project

Ore Type: Iron Ore

Processing Capacity: 1,600 t/h

Equipment Configuration: FD2455*1, LS3060D*4, LS3060S-W*3, MH900*1

Operation Results:

● The FD2455 was used for pre-screening before secondary crushing, increasing the overall system processing capacity to 1,600 TPH, significantly boosting secondary crushing output with improved energy efficiency;

● The LS3060 run reliably and delivered higher screening efficiency;

● By replacing one existing fine crusher with the MH900, the single-unit hourly processing capacity was improved by 25%, meeting the demand for expanding annual output to 12 million tons.

A Promising Future with Great Potential

As regulation of aggregates tightens, the comprehensive utilization of tailings and the ecological restoration of mines have become hot industry topics in recent years.

Currently, the aggregate market in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region shows strong potential with a significant supply gap. Focusing on green mine production while closely following national policies and market demands, Jingcheng Group plans to build a new 60 million t/a crushing plant. The plant will conduct gradation of crushed products, processing low‑iron lean ore and waste rock into aggregates.

After extensive inspections, demonstrations, scheme comparisons, and multiple on-site performance tests, the Allis Saga MH950 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has gained high recognition from Jingcheng Group for its outstanding performance in processing capacity, fine particle content of finished products, operating power consumption, and reliability.

More importantly, the weight of the Allis Saga MH950 is only about 50% of that of comparable-capacity equipment from other domestic manufacturers, which significantly reduces the investment in workshop infrastructure construction.

As a result, Jingcheng Group has decided to deploy 12 sets of Allis Saga MH950 cone crushers for the entire fine crushing line. Guided by its core philosophy of “Customer First, Quality Foremost,” Allis Saga is committed to supporting customers in lowering costs, improving efficiency, saving energy, reducing emissions, and achieving greener production.

The effective utilization of mine resources and the processing of lean ore, waste ore, and tailings into aggregates present promising opportunities. Allis Saga will continue to manufacture high-performance, high-quality, and high-reliability products meeting international standards, working hand in hand with customers for mutual growth. Contributing to the development of national mining industry equipment is Allis Saga’s unwavering commitment and vision. The comprehensive utilization of tailings, ecological restoration of mines, and the infrastructure construction of aggregates show strong potential, and the future of China’s mining industry equipment is promising.
