Yesterday morning, 8 units of MJ1511 jaw crushers and 8 units of FD1560 grizzly feeders arrived at the site, marking that all 96 sets of main equipment supplied by Allis Saga for the Ningbo Jintongshan Mine Comprehensive Development and Utilization Project have been delivered successfully.

 Project Overview 

The planned mining area of the Ningbo Jintongshan Mine covers 1.2398 square kilometers, with mineral reserves of 69.31 million tons. The project has a designed mining capacity of 13.9 million t/a, a mining period of 5 years, and a total investment of approximately RMB 2.8 billion. It was listed as one of the first pilot projects for comprehensive mine development and utilization by the former Provincial Department of Land and Resources.

This marks the largest stone mine mining right transaction in Yinzhou District. The project is scheduled to be commissioned in May 2021, which will effectively fill the gap in the supply of construction stone in Yinzhou District and surrounding areas. In the future, the stone produced here will be used for the ongoing Kunting-Tangxi section of the Shenhai Expressway Connection Line (Xiangshan Bay Port Expressway) at Meishan Port Area of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port constructed by Ningbo Communications Construction Group, as well as the development of the Greater Bay Area.

As the main equipment supplier for the production line, Allis Saga has provided proactive, initiative-driven, and efficient services to the project owner. Since meeting the shipment conditions in September 2020, Allis Saga has quickly responded to the customer's needs based on the owner's specific delivery dates and quantities. For each batch of equipment delivered, the company dispatched dedicated personnel to the site to assist with unloading, hoisting, and handling and addressing potential issues.

 On-Site Updates 

Currently, the construction of workshops on site is in full swing. Moving forward, Allis Saga will continue to cooperate with civil engineering and installation contractors to implement equipment installation and commissioning, sparing no effort to support the successful commissioning of the Ningbo Jintongshan Project.

 ·FD Series Vibrating Grizzly Feeder· 

The FD series vibrating grizzly feeder is specifically designed for heavy-duty working conditions, manufactured in accordance with European technologies and standards. It is mainly used for feeding operations in primary crushing, secondary crushing, and certain tertiary crushing processes. With a simple and reliable structure, it is easy to install, commission, maintain, and service. With large feeding capacity and a wide range of feed sizes, its grizzly structure can pre-screen fine material from the feed, reducing the load on crushers and significantly optimizing the crushing operating environment.

#### Performance Features

- The frame is secured with anti-loosening HUCK bolts to ensure overall frame strength;

- Maximum exciting force up to 4.5G, with adjustable amplitude and frequency to better meet feeding requirements;

- Designed for high-capacity heavy-duty conditions, with a maximum processing capacity of 1,500 t/h, a low profile for easy layout, and a maximum feed size of 1.5m;

- The mechanical vibration unit adopts a heavy-duty double-shaft structure, with gear synchronization, oil bath lubrication, adjustable eccentric block weight and impact angle, and is driven by a flexible coupling connected to the motor;

- The grizzly section features a single-stage / two-stage structure with adjustable grizzly spacing; the spring seat is installed via pin shafts, and the feeder can be mounted at an inclination angle of 0-10°;

- An optional second-layer grid screen can be added to remove waste materials and soil.

·MJ Series Jaw Crusher·

The MJ series single-toggle heavy-duty jaw crusher is mainly used for primary crushing in metal mines, aggregates, waste recycling, and industrial slag. In certain cases, it can also be used for secondary crushing, such as producing coarse aggregates in construction projects.

Generally, for mining or construction operations with a single-unit processing capacity of less than 1000 t/h, jaw crushers offers more advantages than other types of primary crushing equipment in terms of comprehensive investment, maintenance, operation, and management.
