Detailed description
T series dual power mobile crushing and screening units are developed by ALLIS SAGA which have been built around proven Allis Saga crushers and screens according to the local and overseas market demand. The products are including track-mounted mobile cones, mobile jaws, and mobile screening units. These mobile units can be driven by the on-board generator set or grid power supply. Product design focuses on the stability and reliability of the entire process, outstanding fatigue strength, which can ensure operation of the units day and night, maximize customer benefits.
TJC Series Tracked Jaw Mobile Unit

The TJC Tracked Jaw Mobile Unit is a completely integrated tracked processing unit with an on-board generator set. This unit features a MJC Series Jaw Crusher and a heavy-duty GF Series Grizzly Feeder giving it high mobility and quick set-up time making it perfect for quarries, demolition and recycling sites.
Powered with electricity, it is equipped with hydraulic side conveyor and main conveyor making it convenient to transport within sites with short set-up time of up to 1-2 hours only before crushing operation can be started.
The TJC can work independently for single stage of crushing or be incorporated into the secondary TMH Tracked Cone Mobile Unit and TS Tracked Screen Mobile Unit for a complete Mobile crushing and screening operation.

TMH Series Tracked Jaw Mobile Unit

The TMH Series Tracked Cone Mobile Unit with an on-board Generator Set is a fully integrated tracked processing unit. It comprises a MH Cone Crusher and a re-circulation screen installed on a complete tracked chassis that gives high mobility and quick setup times making it ideal for quarries, demolition and recycling sites.
Powered with electricity, The TMH is equipped with hydraulic conveyors and all related components of the cone crusher, such as lubrication package, cooling system, live frame including all safety guards, walkways and handrails on board a single tracked chassis. This results in a shorter set-up time of 1-2 hours before crushing operations can start.
The TMH Tracked Cone Mobile Unit can be easily incorporated with the TJC Tracked Jaw Mobile Unit and the TS Tracked Screen Mobile Unit for complete Mobile crushing and screening operation.

The TSC Tracked Screen Mobile Unit with an onboard Generator Set can be easily incorporated into the TJC Tracked Jaw and TMH Tracked Cone Mobile Units to form a complete mobile crushing and screening solution.
Powered with electricity, the TSC is equipped with a 3-Deck Screen and four product conveyors making it capable of producing four end products or three end products along with one recirculation material.
