W series

W series wheel-mounted mobile units independently developed by ALLIS SAGA are built based on Allis Saga’s crushing and screening equipment. They integrate the equipment, hydraulic and electrical devices and automation systems, conveyors etc on the chassis.

WMJC Series Wheeled Jaw Mobile Unit

The WMJC Wheeled Jaw Mobile Unit, an integrated wheeled processing unit, comprises the MJC Jaw Crusher and a heavy-duty GF Grizzly Feeder. Installed on a wheeled chassis that gives optimum mobility and quick set-up time, it is perfect for a wide range of applications and sites.

Powered by electricity and equipped with hydraulic legs and main conveyor, the WMJC can be easily transported within job sites. Set-up time is also drastically reduced so crushing operations can start within 6-8 hours.

The WMJC can work independently for single stage crushing or can be incorporated into the secondary WMH Wheeled Cone Mobile Unit for an even more complete crushing and screening operation.

The WMH series Wheeled Cone Mobile Unit is a fully integrated wheeled processing unit, incorporating a MH Cone Crusher and a heavy-duty CSA Inclined Screen installed on a full wheeled chassis. This results in optimum mobility and faster set-up time perfect for a wide range of applications and site conditions.

Powered with electricity and equipped with hydraulic legs, the WMH comes with all related components of the cone crusher, such as lubrication package, cooling system, pre-wired switchgear / control board, live frame with all safety guards, walkways and handrails on board a single wheeled chassis that make installation easy and simple.

The WMH Wheeled Cone, plus the M-CSA Screen Mobile Unit together with the WMJC Wheeled Jaw Mobile Unit can be incorporated to form a complete 2-Stage Crushing & Screening Line.

WUH Series Wheeled Cone Mobile Unit (With Conveyors) 

The WUH Wheeled Cone Mobile Unit is a fully integrated and independent wheeled processing unit. It comprises a MH300 Cone Crusher, triple deck screen unit along with eight units of integrated transfer conveyors and product conveyors installed on a complete wheeled chassis.

Powered with electricity, the WUH is equipped with hydraulic legs and folded product conveyors. All related components of the cone crusher, such as lubrication package, cooling system, control board, live frame including all safety guards, walkways and handrails are all included on a compact wheeled chassis making installation easy and simple.

Designed to function in open or closed circuit, the WUH features the MH300 Cone Crusher, which comes with a choice of different crushing chambers and unique throws. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, especially for operations at project sites near river gravels sources.

• Three-axle chassis system equipped with a traction device which meets the road transport standards for semi-trailer. It can be towed and driven by a standard tractor, enabling quick transportation.
• By using proven products, everything on board: feeders, screens and power installations, combined with the conveyors to quick build up a plant to meet different requirements.

  Fixed legs and auxiliary legs are designed for different support requirements during transportation and working states.

  Overall power of the equipment can be supplied either by a diesel generator or directly by the power grid, according to on-site operational requirements.

  The integrated unit has a simple installation form which eliminates on-site assembly. This ensures product stability and improves operational efficiency.
