 ### 03 Production Line Advantages

1. The process design is advanced and reasonable, adopting a screening building structure that minimizes the production line’s footprint.

2. The main equipment adopts Allis Saga’s high-efficiency, energy-saving products, featuring laminated crushing technology for excellent particle shape, low powder output, low energy consumption, high reliability and durability, and minimal maintenance.

3. The electrical control system and power distribution system are integrated into two containers. While ensuring automatic functions, centralized control is achieved. The system is compact and flexible, facilitating movement and adjustment with low costs, while reducing on-site workload.

4. Equipped with an automatic loading system, the line operates with enhanced convenience and efficiency, significantly improving productivity and reducing production costs.

5. Adopting a three-way feed divider, it can flexibly adjust product proportions to meet the different gradation requirements in construction projects.

 ### 04 Overcoming Pandemic Constraints: Remote Support Drives Successful Commissioning

Notably, due to the Spring Festival holiday in the first half of the year followed by the impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, Allis Saga’s service personnel were unable to go abroad for on-site installation and commissioning support, posing a huge challenge to the project’s on-time commissioning.

To fully promote the project construction and strive for early completion and operational benefits, Allis Saga promptly adjusted its plan and quickly established a remote technical support team (consisting of Allis Saga’s project manager, main equipment service engineer, system commissioning personnel, designer, electrical control engineer, and belt conveyor auxiliary equipment engineer) to conduct remote interaction with on-site installation engineers.

This effort ultimately ensured the smooth commissioning of the project, demonstrating both Allis Saga’s robust service support capabilities and the strong technical expertise of its local Russian partners.
