Allis Saga Crushing Equipment Fully Commissioned in Malaysia

The granite crushing project undertaken by Allis Saga in Penang, Malaysia successfully completed its equipment commissioning in February 2017, with the entire production line now operating smoothly. The project employs a three-stage crushing process, equipped with Allis Saga’s MJ series jaw crusher, MS series cone crusher, and MH series cone crusher, respectively.

### MJ Series Single-Toggle Double-Swing Heavy-Duty Jaw Crusher

### Equipment Features and Advantages
1. A heavy-duty deflection plate buffers the impact on bearing housings and shafts.
2. Installation method with pressure strips and support strips allows for easy replacement.
3. Wear-resistant guard plates for the crushing chamber are easy to replace.
4. An oil-free lubrication toggle plate seat is used.
5. Wear-resistant base plates protect the movable and fixed jaw bodies.
- Left Figure: Can form a guide plate to eliminate material clogging to some extent.
- Right Figure: Requires additional bearing protection plates; the feed opening is reduced, making it prone to material clogging.
- Left Figure: Symmetrical V-shaped cavity, effective opening = nominal feed opening
