Leaders and representatives from ALLIS SAGA’s Zhuji Headquarters, along with its branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Malaysia, gathered by the Taihu Lake. They reviewed the challenges overcome and the progress made in 2025 through collective effort, aligned on the development direction for 2026, built strategic consensus, clarified the roadmap, and outlined key tasks for the new year.

At the conference, Ma Zhaomiao, Chairman of ALLIS SAGA, stated that 2025 was an exceptionally challenging year.

ALLIS SAGA successfully stood up to the tests posed by industrial transformation, supply chain fluctuations and a complex market environment, achieving multiple leaps in technological breakthroughs, market expansion and industry status enhancement. Meanwhile, this year also marked a key milestone in the company’s management system reforms, laying a solid institutional foundation for subsequent professional and standardized management.

Subsequently, Jiang Guannan, General Manager of ALLIS SAGA Beijing Branch, Kin Hoi Kwan, General Manager of ALLIS SAGA Malaysia Branch, and Zhao Ming, General Manager of ALLIS SAGA, delivered insightful speeches focusing on the 2025 review and 2026 plan.

They conducted a comprehensive review of the business results across all regions and business segments in 2025, and summarized the experience and insights gained from market development, customer relationship management, and project implementation.

In the meantime, they defined the core objectives and key priority areas for 2026. From the perspectives of deepening engagement in core sectors, expanding the overseas market presence, and enhancing service capabilities, they mapped out clear action pathways, which helped consolidate consensus and align efforts across all business units to work collaboratively toward achieving the annual goals.

Amid the lively atmosphere at the venue, Ma Zhaomiao, Chairman of ALLIS SAGA, Wang Chengyong, Vice Chairman, and Zhao Ming, General Manager, signed the Company's 2026 Annual Business Responsibility Agreement.
