01 Sled Chassis · Quicker Commissioning
Adopting an innovative sled-type chassis structure, it eliminates the time-intensive concrete foundation construction required for traditional fixed equipment. The equipment can be quickly commissioned on-site as long as the chassis is leveled.
This design significantly reduces both capital construction and time costs. For mining projects with tight schedules, the plant can be commissioned immediately upon delivery, significantly shortening the project payback period.
02 Integrated Modules · Easy Transportation and Relocation
The entire plant features a highly integrated modular design, with core components—including the crushing and screening unit, feeding system, conveyor belt and control system—all integrated on the sled-type chassis.
- For small-capacity configurations, the entire plant can be hoisted for transportation or directly loaded into a 40-foot high cube container for convenient ocean shipping, easily adapting to different transportation scenarios.
- For large-capacity configurations, it can be disassembled into multiple modules for transportation and rapidly assembled on-site without welding. This approach significantly reduces the difficulty and cost of relocation, enabling a flexible operational mode of "commissioning at one site, reuse at multiple sites".
