In January 2026, building upon its outstanding technical strength and efficient project management capabilities, ALLIS SAGA successfully completed the Demountable Steel Structure Primary Crushing Plant Project for Fujian Sanming Ninghua Hangluokeng Tungsten Mine Co., Ltd. and handed it over to the client with high quality.

 

This milestone achievement not only marks another breakthrough of ALLIS SAGA in the field of mining crushing, but also earns high acclaim from the client, thanks to a zero-accident, high-standard, and highly efficient project delivery.


# Project Overview

 

This project is a key equipment procurement initiative launched by a subsidiary of Xiamen Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd., aiming to meet the flexible deployment requirements of open-pit mining and improve ore crushing efficiency. Delivering a standardized solution for the primary crushing process in large-scale open-pit tungsten mines in China, it has established a benchmark for the upgrading of tungsten mining and beneficiation equipment.

 

The project features a fully modular, all-steel structure and follows a delivery model closely resembling EPC. ALLIS SAGA assumed full responsibility for the overall engineering design of the complete plant, supply of equipment and materials, and took the lead in key stages such as on-site installation and system commissioning, achieving integrated delivery from blueprint to operation.

Equipment Configuration: The project is supplied on a turnkey basis, covering the complete plant including steel primary crushing ore bin, FD1860 bar feeder, MJC1412 jaw crusher, automatic lubrication system, spray dust removal system, hydraulic breaking hammer, electric hoist, container-type electric control cabinet and operation station, primary crushing plant centralized control system, etc. The entire facility supports remote control operation.
