This certification was conducted in strict accordance with the latest EU Machinery Directive (MD), Low Voltage Directive (LVD), Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC), and EN ISO and EN series standards. It covered a full range of criteria including mechanical structural safety, electrical protection, environmental noise reduction, and risk prevention, eliminating potential safety hazards during equipment operation.

# Cross‑Functional Collaboration for Efficient Certification

With a tight schedule and heavy workload for this CE certification, ALLIS SAGA drew on its extensive experience gained from previous international authoritative certifications of its core products including cone crushers and jaw crushers. The company coordinated multiple departments such as technology, R&D and production, and completed the entire certification process within merely two months, covering preliminary research, documentation, prototype rectification, on-site testing, and final approval.

• Early April: We conducted research and consultation on certification bodies and evaluated proposed schemes. We confirmed the optimal certification path in line with EU access requirements and timelines. At the same time, we held internal training to review EU machinery directive standards and lay a solid foundation for certification.
• Late April: We compiled and submitted a complete set of bilingual technical documents for all equipment, including design drawings, safety risk assessment, performance calculations, operating specifications, and safety instructions. The submission passed the preliminary review without revisions.
• End of April: To keep on‑site testing on schedule and meet the delivery deadline, we expedited production and prioritized delivery of the prototype, allowing sufficient time for rectification and inspection prior to third-party on-site tests.
• May 12: An authorized third-party body conducted on-site full-machine inspections at the factory, rigorously verifying core indicators item by item including equipment structure, electrical protection, operating performance, environmental safety, and interlock protection.
• June 3: The certification body finalized all procedures and all models passed CE certification. We secured all required EU market access approvals prior to equipment shipment.
