Serving as the key material feed point on the production line, the FD1860 heavy-duty vibrating feeder delivers exceptional load capacity and consistent, uniform feeding performance.

- It delivers continuous, even feeding of large granite lumps, effectively preventing build‑ups, blockages, and uneven feeding for smooth material flow.

- With superior adaptability and operating stability, it supports long-term, full-load running to maintain efficient and uninterrupted production.

Installation of core equipment across all workshops is proceeding in an orderly manner, and the overall project construction is advancing smoothly.

# Benchmark Projects Showcase EPC Capabilities

With years of industry expertise, integrated EPC capabilities and a mature lifecycle service system, ALLIS SAGA has successfully delivered multiple large‑scale benchmark EPC projects at home and overseas.

## 01 Nanyang Xinmiao Renewable Resources EPC Project

IMG_283

ALLIS SAGA secured the bid for Xinmiao’s 3-million-ton-per-year manufactured sand EPC project in 2021, providing end‑to‑end services from engineering and construction to full equipment supply, installation & commissioning, and trial operation.

The project was completed in six months. By leveraging its process and equipment expertise, ALLIS SAGA turned the plant into an eco-friendly, garden-style manufactured sand factory featuring zero dust emission, zero wastewater discharge, and full sludge recycling.

## 02 Xiangshan Tuff Aggregate EPC Project

As the general contractor for the Xiangshan Tuff EPC Project, ALLIS SAGA took full charge of key works including overall project planning, complete equipment supply, installation and commissioning, and electrical and control system integration, overseeing the full-cycle construction of the project.

Backed by a mature supply chain system and robust manufacturing capacity, ALLIS SAGA finished the production of all main equipment and the procurement of purchased components just two months after contract signing, fully demonstrating its end‑to‑end EPC capability in overall planning, delivery, and operation & maintenance for large-scale aggregate projects.

## 03 Russia Diabase EPC Project

IMG_285

ALLIS SAGA also has outstanding capacity for large-scale overseas EPC projects, having successfully delivered a 210t/h diabase EPC project in Russia. The contract was signed in July 2019, all equipment was delivered by November of the same year, and the plant was officially commissioned in June 2020.

Despite cross-border service disruptions caused by the global pandemic during construction, ALLIS SAGA quickly revised its delivery plan and established a remote technical guidance team to ensure on‑schedule commissioning. This demonstrated its mature overall overseas EPC management, exceptional delivery performance, and lifecycle technical support capacity.

## 04 EP Project for a Major Russian Iron and Steel Group
