Recently, ALLIS SAGA has successfully shipped all equipment for the four production lines of Huayou Cobalt’s large-scale nickel mine project in Indonesia. The shipment includes more than 50 main units and supporting equipment, dispatched in over 30 truckloads over just two days!

# 01 Project Overview · Robust Equipment Lineup

This project, invested and constructed by Huayou Cobalt Group, is located in southeastern Indonesia. Backed by strong technical strength, ALLIS SAGA secured the equipment contract for all sections of the four nickel ore production lines, with exclusive responsibility for the manufacturing and supply of all crushing, screening, feeding, and supporting equipment.
✪ Huaxing Line 1: Primary Crushing + Secondary & Tertiary Crushing + Screening
- Ore Type: Lateritic nickel ore with large lumps and sticky clay
- Feed Size: ≥150 mm, max. 500 mm
- True Ore Density: ~3 t/m³
- Throughput: Rated capacity 500 t/h
- Operating Schedule: 12 h/d, continuous operation
- Product Size: 12 mm
- Feeding Method: Loader feeding

As the first stage of the mineral processing circuit at the plant, Line 1 is responsible for primary, secondary and tertiary crushing of large lump run-of-mine ore:
✦Feeding Equipment: 1 × BZ160-6 Heavy-duty Apron Feeder
✦Primary Crushing: 1 × MJC1412 Jaw Crusher
✦Secondary Crushing: 1 × MH700EC Secondary Cone Crusher
✦Tertiary Crushing: 1 × MH800F Tertiary Cone Crusher
✦Screening Equipment: 1 × BSM3675D Banana Vibrating Screen
✦Other Auxiliary Equipment:
4 × CZ-100 bin vibrators
2 × 1200×3500mm bar gates
4 × KQP-B-150 air blasters
✪ Huaxing Line 2 & Huashuo Line 3 & Line 4: Secondary & Tertiary Crushing
- Ore Type: Dried feed material with moisture content of 20%–22%
- Feed Size: 0–150 mm, 55% fraction below 12 mm
- True Ore Density: ~3 t/m³
- Throughput: Rated capacity 410 t/h (before screening)
- Product Size: Strictly controlled at ≤12 mm
- Operating Schedule: The screening system runs 24 h/d (one operational unit + one standby unit); the crushing system operates 20 h/d continuously under high-intensity conditions, posing extremely high demands on equipment stability.

Lines 2, 3 and 4 constitute the core segment of the secondary and tertiary crushing process:
✦Screening: 9 ALLIS SAGA LS3060D linear screens engineered for heavy-duty service and field-proven in numerous metal mine projects
✦Secondary Crushing: 3 upgraded ALLIS SAGA MH600i single-cylinder cone crushers with robust performance
✦Tertiary Crushing: 3 ALLIS SAGA new-generation MH750 single-cylinder cone crushers with fine crushing cavities
✦Other Auxiliary Equipment:
12×CZ-100 bin vibrators
6 × 1200×3500 mm bar gates
12 × KQP-B-150 air blasters
