Recently, a fleet of trucks carrying more than 20 sets of Allis Saga's core processing equipment departed for the site of the 2,000 t/h granite project in Shandong.

 

As the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractor, Allis Saga is responsible for the procurement, installation, commissioning, trial operation, technical training, and after-sales service of the process equipment and materials in the project’s production area.

This initial shipment comprises 24 units of core processing equipment, specifically configured to meet the project's production line requirements.

Equipment Configuration:

Allis Saga provides a complete set of crushing and screening equipment, auxiliary systems, conveyor belts, environmental systems (including dust removal and sewage treatment systems), electrical control systems (including DCS, monitoring system), and supporting steel structures.

 

02 Process Flow

Guided by the principles of green development, environmental protection, intelligence, and energy efficiency, the production line adopts an integrated modular design, comprising the primary crushing module, secondary crushing module, shaping and sand-making module, wet sand-making module, finished product warehouse, electrical control module, sewage treatment module, and supporting auxiliary systems.

A combination of dry and wet processes is adopted for production, featuring compliant air emissions and zero sewage discharge.

The production line features a compact footprint and streamlined material flow.

 

06 Flexible Configuration & Adjustable Product Output
The 10-20mm and 20-31.5mm materials can either be output as finished products or returned for sand making, enabling flexible control of the ratio between manufactured sand and the 10-20mm/20-31.5mm aggregates.

 

07 Adjustable Particle Gradation
Crushed chips (4-10mm) and the 0-10mm fraction in raw materials can all be fed into the rod mill for sand making, enabling precise gradation control.

 

08 Adjustable Gradation of Wet-Process Manufactured Sand
The rod mill produces a finer product. This can be blended with the coarser output from two dedicated screens in the dry-process circuit, allowing for precise gradation control and fineness modulus optimization.

 

09 Reduced Operational and Management Costs
The operational phase of the production line achieves cost reduction in labor (10-15 workers), wear parts, and management expenses.

MH800 Large-Scale Single-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher (4 sets):With its efficient and stable crushing performance, it can adapt to the processing of granite raw materials with different hardness levels, ensuring the basic quality of the products.

VSI 9100 Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher (6 sets):As a key equipment for premium aggregate production, it enables precise shaping of materials, meeting the stringent requirements of the high-end construction sector.

GZG150-6 Vibrating Feeder (14 sets):It ensures consistent and uniform material flow to the primary crusher, maintaining optimal production line efficiency.

 

·Equipment Arrival & Installation Site·

As the first batch of core equipment following the full launch of the project construction, this shipment will accurately align with the progress of on-site civil engineering, accelerating the overall timeline and expediting the commissioning phase.

 

Since the project kick-off, the Allis Saga team has maintained a professional and diligent approach, strictly controlling equipment quality and production schedule to ensure the seamless implementation of all project phases.

Concurrent with the equipment shipment, Allis Saga has stationed a dedicated technical team at the project site. They will provide end-to-end support covering equipment arrival, installation, commissioning and operational startup, accelerating the timeline to full production and supporting the project's development as a benchmark for Shandong's mining sector transformation – delivering both ecological and economic benefits.
