Allis Saga's MH950 Large-Scale Cone Crusher Wins the Bid for 10-Million t/a Production Line Project and Secures Maintenance Orders from First-Tier Brands

Recently, Allis Saga successfully won the bid for the supply of cone crushers for the 12 million t/a crushing and waste-rejecting technical renovation sub-project, which is part of Anning Co., Ltd.’s Low-Grade Ore Comprehensive Utilization Equipment Upgrade and Renovation Project. The Company will supply multiple MH950 Large-Scale Single-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crushers for the project, and has also secured major maintenance orders for main equipment from first-tier brands!

During the project bidding phase, amid intense competition from international brands, Allis Saga secured customer recognition through its strong comprehensive strength in technology, services, and field experience. The Company earned client confidence through manufacturing quality meeting global standards, proven performance in major metal mining projects, and documented equipment reliability – ultimately securing the contract over other international and domestic contenders.

·Project Overview·

This project is a key initiative of Anning Co., Ltd. in the field of comprehensive utilization of vanadium-titanium magnetite resources. Following the substantial acquisition of the Xiaoheiqing Vanadium-Titanium Magnetite Mine, Anning Co., Ltd. has integrated its new and existing mining areas to build a new vanadium-titanium magnetite crushing and processing production line (12 million t/a), maximizing the value of these premium resources.

➤ Vanadium-Titanium Magnetite Crushing and Processing Project
Ore Type: Vanadium-Titanium Magnetite
Processing Capacity: 12 million t/a
Feed Size: 80 mm
Final Product: P95=15 mm
Equipment Configuration: MH950*3
These equipment will be used in the fine crushing workshop, with the following specifications: processing capacity of ≥ 850 t/h, primary crushing specifications of P95=35 mm and P55=15 mm, circulating load of the fine crushing system of ≥ 2600 t/h, and final product of P95=15 mm.

➤ MH950: Precisely Adapted to Heavy-Duty Operating Conditions

Anning Co., Ltd. has long imported crushers of top-tier brand as the main equipment for its mines.

As a strategic initiative for Anning Co., Ltd. to improve resource development efficiency and strengthen production capacity advantages, this project imposes stringent requirements on the reliability, stability, and efficiency of crushing equipment.

Therefore, Anning Co., Ltd. has maintained its commitment to procuring world-class key equipment for this project.

The MH950 represents today's internationally advanced large-scale single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers. Designed specifically for heavy-duty operating conditions in large mines, it is widely applied in secondary, tertiary, and ultra-fine material crushing within metal mines and aggregate processing, and capable of crushing various highly abrasive and hard ores, even under the most demanding operating conditions.

Since its market launch in 2017 as a "Zhejiang Provincial First Set of Products" the MH950, together with its sister model MH900, has achieved combined sales of over 50 sets. Deployed across multiple major mining operations including Baowu, Ansteel, Tianbao, and Jingcheng, it has become a flagship product of Allis Saga.

With its powerful crushing force, the MH950 can achieve efficient fine crushing of vanadium-titanium magnetite, perfectly matching the capacity requirements of this 10-million t/a production line.

➤ Securing the Maintenance Order for Imported Cone Crushers

In addition to winning the bid for the main equipment, Allis Saga has also successfully secured a major maintenance order from Anning Co., Ltd. leveraging its professional service capabilities and technical expertise, providing professional maintenance services for three cone crushers of well-known international enterprises.

The maintenance focuses on the repair of key components such as the upper frame, lower frame, and moving cone assembly, coupled with the full replacement of wear parts including bushings, bearings, and seals, and technical improvement such as the upgrade of the positive pressure dust prevention system.
