Detailed description

MHC Series Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crushers are newly-launched high performance models designed by Allis Saga with advanced technology innovation. They are mainly used for secondary and tertiary crushing operations to crush various hard ores and rocks in fields such as mining, aggregate and mineral processing .
MHC Performance Characteristics
The tramp release hydraulic cylinders and accumulators with a fixed return point ensures that the crusher setting is instantaneously maintained even after passing a piece of tramp iron.
The hydraulic cylinders are designed to be arranged around the crusher body to effectively reduce the height of the crusher, thus reducing the height of the workshop with the same throughput.
Overhaul and maintenance can be completed through dismantling from the top. The bowl and adjustment ring are easily rotated out through hydraulic motor for easy and quick replacement of the liners.
The hydraulic adjustment motor drives the adjustment ring while a threaded rotating bowl maintains a consistent setting around the entire circumference of crushing chamber to produce a more consistent gradation and superior product shape.
Same bowl/head for all applications (secondary to quaternary), can be converted from the finest to the coarsest cavity simply by replacing the mantle, bowl liner, adapter ring, and wedge bolts.
High performance non-contact labyrinth sealing system design which significantly improves the dust isolation effect, thus effectively protecting the precision components and reducing the operation cost.
