Detailed description

MJ Series Heavy-duty Jaw Crushers are mainly used for primary crushing stage operations in industries such as mining, aggregate, and recycling. In some cases, they can also be used for secondary crushing operations, such as for the manufacturing of coarse aggregate products in the construction field. Generally, a single processing capacity of less than 1000t/h in mining and aggregate applications. Jaw Crusher offers more advantages than other types of primary crushers in terms of overall investment, maintenance and operation management.
MJ Series Heavy-duty Jaw Crushers are single-toggle jaw crushers. The front-end and back-end frames as well as the box structure design of the jaw stock possess high strength and stiffness for steel casting. The welding points of the frame are located in non-stress concentration areas, thus ensuring the stability of the frame under high impact load. The almost-square feeding opening design provides a larger feeding size, and the symmetrical V-shaped deep cavity design and nip angle of 18-23 degree can overcome cavity blockage and result in large crushing ratio and high throughput.
MJ Performance Characteristics

● The four standard roller bearings of the crusher are lubricated with grease while the labyrinth seal ring is coated in grease to effectively prevent dust from entering.
● CSS adjusted by the adjustment plates, or hydraulic jack assistance mode or hydraulic wedge adjustment mode on request.
● The jaw plates are fixed on the crusher with fixing wedges and supporting strips.
● The use of protective components effectively prevents damage to the main components, reduces the operational costs and downtime. For example, replaceable shim spacers are added between the liners and the frame/jaw stock while replaceable supporting strips are added at the discharge end to protect the jaw bodies against wear. The bearing seat is equipped with heavy-duty deflection plates to prevent wear and tear.
● With a centralized lubrication distributor, all lubrication points are connected by oil pipes to ensure safer and more convenient lubrication of bearings. On the other hand, the automatic lubrication system, which can be connected to the control system for remote alarm indication allows for better protection of the roller bearings.
● For the MJ Series, the use of an integral steel subframe platform is recommended during installation to avoid loosening of foundation bolts.

Allis Saga:
A protective plate at the top of the moving jaw means that no intrusive cross-wall is required in the feed hopper. All of the real feed opening is active and the material is crushed right at the top of the crushing chamber.
Conventional:
Cross-wall required in feed hopper to protect top of the moving jaw. Stationary cross-wall reduces effective feed opening and the material cannot be crushed until it has been lowered a good distance into the crushing chamber.
Automatic lubrication device (optional):
Centralized lubrication distributor, providing safety and convenience.

● Discharge conveyor matching with maximum capacity of crusher
The above figures represent through the crusher capacities, which are based on a feed material with bulk density of 1.6 t/m³, a maximum feed size that will enter the crusher without bridging and material finer than the crusher closed side setting removed.
