Detailed description
CS series heavy-duty circular screens adopt advanced European design and manufacturing concepts, which are designed for the heavy-duty quarrying, medium and fine mining screening applications with a separation range from 140mm down to 1 mm, the max feed size is generally up to 300mm somewhat depending on the selected screening media.
CS range screens are modular and equipped with a serialized design consisting of two or three desk design, auxiliary devices such as water spray system and dust encapsulation are available for selection.
Its Outstanding Features as Follows:
● Acceleration design up to 4.5G, high capacity and high screening efficiency
● Huck-bolting in all structural joints, ensured tightness without the need for further tightening
● Mechanism located close to gravity point, real circular stroke
● Mechanism with oil lubrication, ensured longer life span of bearings and minimum downtime
● Bolted reinforcements on high-stress areas, optimized weight
● Holes for washing pipes in all screens, access and view to the decks
● Adjustability---screen angle, stroke length and rotation speed are adjusted according to the applications
CS Performance Characteristics
ADVANTAGES
◆ Due to the unique design eccentric block combined with the eccentric shaft technology, which breaks through the conventional vibration mode, and produces higher G force (up to 4.5G), is real heavy duty and higher efficiency screen.
◆ Vibrating mechanisms using SKF/FAG roller bearings with the unique oil lubrication.
◆ Screen body with reinforcing ribs in both the vertical and horizontal directions, to ensure that the screen body sturdy and durable.
◆ The round tube of the screen cross beams are coated with rubber for protection.
◆ Wear-resistant rubber plates are used on feed box, discharge lips and the material contact surface for protection.
◆ Easily adaptable to varying conditions and materials, suitable for multi-application installations.
