Detailed description
THS series screens are horizontal elliptical motion screens. This screen is extremely compact in order to achieve the best portability and the limited surrounding facilities installation. The unique triple shaft line generates a high-energy elliptical vibration. The combination of horizontal decks + high acceleration + aggressive elliptical vibration provides a strong stratification of the bed depth, which leads to high screening accuracy.
THS Performance Characteristics
● The three shaft screens are known as high energy screens with stroke up to 20mm and acceleration up to 6G.
● Modular Allis Saga AE exciter ensures more stable operation of the screen.
● Low head and horizontal installation, preferred application on limited height surrounding.
● The capacity increased 20-25% due to unique ellipse motion compared to the same size of conventional inclined screens.
