MHF
High Frequency Screens
Category:
Screens
Detailed description

Modular high frequency screens are powered by several sets of vibrators, which induce high frequency vibration directly into the screen mesh, with a frequency range of 3500-4200Hz. They are especially suitable for screening fine materials with small particle sizes (the minimum classification particle size is 0.6mm). Due to the large inclination installation angle (38-45°), the high frequency vibrating screens have a large throughput and stable operation, making them especially suitable for grading and screening in high-quality dry production processes such as sand manufacturing with fine particle sizes and recycling processes.
MHF series high frequency screens adopt professionally designed high frequency vibrating motors, which have a simpler structure compared to high frequency screens driven by hydraulic motors commonly seen in the market, resulting in low failure rate, quick and convenient on-site installation.
MHF Performance Characteristics
● The combination of high frequency motion and large inclination allows for the highest screening efficiency and processing capacity.
● Has a unique advantage on the dry method sand manufacturing processing for the sand gradation adjustment.
● The screen is designed with modular beam-frame structure in the longitudinal direction, which vibrates independently. The side plates are fastened with HUCK bolts.
● The power supply and electrical control system are modular and feature a BUS design to enable easy wiring and quick assembly.
● It is equipped with a frequency conversion control cabinet, which supports setting and controlling the vibration frequency of individual vibration exciter independently to obtain the best screening effect.

◆ Three screen deck frames are independently situated
◆ Modular dust curtain provided

◆ Independent vibration exciter screen beam
◆ The vibration frequency of each drive unit can be set separately according to the feed material characteristics

◆ Side plates using integral steel bending structure
◆ HUCK bolts fixture between side plates and beams
◆ Weldless screen body
