Through partnership, we empower and grow together. Recently, the technical team from a large Russian mining machinery group, a strategic partner of ALLIS SAGA, paid a visit to the factory and completed a 5-day technical service training program.

 

Centered on the full range of ALLIS SAGA crushing and screening equipment, this training program provided systematic, scenario-based technical instruction for the Russian technical team, helping them fully master the core technologies of the equipment and further strengthening local service capabilities overseas.

 

 

During the training, senior technical experts from ALLIS SAGA delivered detailed lectures covering product structure and principles, installation and commissioning standards, common fault diagnosis, and maintenance essentials, along with on‑site equipment operation demonstrations to illustrate key points.

 

Following the theoretical sessions, the technical team spent time in the ALLIS SAGA workshop to observe the entire process of equipment production, assembly, and commissioning at close range, gaining a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process and quality control system. Through the deep integration of theory and practice, they transformed the knowledge acquired into practical service capabilities.

 

 

During the communication, the Russian technical team spoke highly of ALLIS SAGA’s mature, advanced manufacturing techniques, and stringent quality standards, further reinforcing their trust in the company’s product quality and technical services.

Following systematic training and a rigorous assessment, all technicians successfully completed the program and received their certificates.
