Recently, three ALLIS SAGA MH950 large single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers arrived at the site of Anning Co., Ltd.’s 12 million t/a low-grade vanadium-titanium magnetite crushing and processing project and successfully passed customer acceptance.

Following the Pangang project, this is another benchmark vanadium-titanium magnetite project delivered by ALLIS SAGA in the Panxi region.

 # 01 Project Overview 

This project represents a key initiative of Anning Co., Ltd. in the area of the comprehensive utilization of vanadium-titanium magnetite resources.

Facing intense competition from international brands during the bidding stage, ALLIS SAGA won customer recognition through world-class manufacturing quality, a proven track record in large‑scale metal mine projects, and the reliable performance of its equipment. The company was awarded the supply contract for multiple MH950 cone crushers for this project.

 # 02 Making Concerted Efforts for Smooth & Efficient Delivery 

When receiving the customer’s delivery notice, the factory was right in the middle of a peak shipment period, under heavy pressure from parallel deliveries of multiple key domestic and overseas projects, with production scheduling and logistics stretched to the limit.

The project site is located in the mountainous Panxi region, featuring narrow access roads and limited space. Large equipment could not be transported directly to the installation site and requires secondary transshipment from the foot of the mountain. Coupled with muddy road conditions caused by ongoing rainy season, the transportation, lifting, and handling of heavy oversized equipment became far more challenging.

To ensure on-time delivery of the equipment, the factory immediately arranged for overtime production, and coordinated with multiple transport fleets and lifting teams to develop a dedicated transshipment plan for the MH950 model:

◆ Conduct advance route surveys to verify road load-bearing capacity and turning radii;

◆ Select optimal loading and unloading points to ensure safe and controllable lifting operations;

◆ Schedule off-peak transportation to avoid rainy days and traffic congestion

Leveraging ALLIS SAGA’s efficient organization and coordination capabilities, all equipment and parts arrived at the mining site on July 18—12 days ahead of the original delivery deadline of July 30, securing valuable lead time for subsequent installation and commissioning.

Upon the arrival of the equipment, the customer immediately organized an acceptance inspection. After a thorough check, the equipment was confirmed to be in good condition, with complete accessories, full technical documentation and test reports, and it successfully passed acceptance.
