ALLIS SAGA & Shougang Mining Technical Exchange Meeting

On August 11, the technical team of ALLIS SAGA visited Shuichang Iron Mine under Shougang Mining for a special technical exchange meeting focused on cone crushers. This was the first large-scale technical exchange event covering all five mines since ALLIS SAGA began its cooperation with Shougang Mining.

The event brought together leaders from the Equipment Department of Shougang Mining, along with equipment supervisors and frontline operation & maintenance staff from the five mines: Shuichang Iron Mine, Xingshan Iron Mine, Dashihe Iron Mine, Macheng Iron Mine, and Malanzhuang Iron Mine.

ALLIS SAGA sent a dedicated technical team to participate in the event. The team engaged in face-to-face technical discussions covering daily equipment operation, standardized maintenance procedures, and common operational troubleshooting difficulties, delivering targeted technical support straight to frontline production teams.

# 01 Going to the Frontline to Solve Real Problems

The exchange was held at the secondary crushing site of the building materials production line of Shuichang Iron Mine. The frontline equipment operation site often reveals the most practical issues.

The ALLIS SAGA technical team conducted on-site inspections of equipment operating conditions. In response to the equipment issues encountered by O&M staff from each mine, the team answered questions, professionally analyzed issues, and offered actionable adjustments. All recommendations were grounded in actual site conditions – practical and actionable rather than theoretical, making them easy for frontline staff to apply directly.

# 02 Refining O&M Standards to Boost Equipment Efficiency

Following the on-site inspection and exchange, both sides held a comprehensive technical review meeting in the conference room.

Guo Yaohua, an After-sales Engineer of ALLIS SAGA, delivered an in-depth presentation covering standardized equipment operation, key points of routine maintenance, and critical procedures for periodic overhaul. He highlighted frequently overlooked O&M details and common operational mistakes, helping all mines standardize their maintenance practices and reduce equipment failures caused by human error and inadequate maintenance.

Xu Yunbo, After-sales Service Manager, and Hao Shenxin, Technical Engineer, responded to all on-site questions one by one. Given the high-temperature and heavy-load conditions in summer, they proposed four key equipment improvements for implementation:

- Optimize the cooling method for lubricating oil under high-temperature conditions

- Add a standby main lubricating oil pump

- Upgrade steel cone guards to wear-resistant rubber ones

- Further upgrade the equipment dust containment system

These targeted upgrades effectively address pain points including high-temperature operation, component wear, inadequate dust containment, and unstable oil supply, significantly improving equipment reliability.

# 03 Earning Recognition Through Practical Work, Supporting Stable Production with Comprehensive Services

Leaders from the Equipment Department of Shougang Mining expressed full recognition of the consistent equipment and technical support ALLIS SAGA has delivered over the years to help secure stable production across all Shougang mining projects.

At the end of the meeting, the leaders set clear expectations for all mines: strictly implement the O&M standards shared in this exchange, standardize equipment operation and overhaul procedures, integrate refined and standardized management into daily workflows, and continuously improve equipment efficiency, safety, and stability.
