Allis Saga Returns to Russia’s Novokuznetsk Mining Exhibition with Mobile Jaw Crushing Plant
2024-06-07
The 24th UGOL ROSSII & MINING 2024 was successfully held in Novokuznetsk, Russia, from June 4 to 7, 2024. The event received strong support from local governments and associations across Russia. With a total exhibition area of 50,000 m², it attracted over 500 exhibitors and more than 60,000 visitors.

In recent years, the growth of Russia’s mining market has driven strong demand for mining machinery and equipment in Russia and surrounding regions, such as drilling, mineral processing, mining, and ore processing equipment. The supply of such equipment falls short of the demand, resulting in a significant market gap.
Against this market backdrop, the exhibition serves as an excellent platform for companies to showcase their products while also providing a valuable opportunity to enter the Russian and surrounding markets.
01 Exhibition Highlights
Last year, Allis Saga and its Russian partner ARMET showcased two new products—the MHC600 multi-cylinder cone crusher and BSM1860D banana screen—at the Novokuznetsk Mining Exhibition, along with a series of customer‑oriented activities. These initiatives were well received by local industry professionals and media.
This year, the company made another grand appearance with the WMJC1208 wheel-mounted mobile jaw crushing plant. Boasting an exquisite design, a sleek and elegant appearance, and sophisticated manufacturing craftsmanship, the equipment delivered a powerful visual impact and gained wide acclaim from customers.
In recent years, Allis Saga has conducted fruitful exploration and practice in smart mine construction and green development solutions in the metal mining and aggregates sectors. The company has developed a series of high-efficiency and energy-saving crushing and screening equipment, whose reliability and intelligence have gained recognition from a wide range of customers.
The wheel-mounted mobile jaw crushing plant exhibited this time features all-electric drive, zero carbon emission, environmental friendliness, and intelligent control. Suitable for metal mining, aggregates crushing, solid waste recycling, and resource circular utilization, it represents a model of green and sustainable equipment—closely aligning with the exhibition theme "Green Mining, Creating the Future Together".

To develop products that meet the demands of the Russian market, adapt to local climate and environmental conditions, and match customer preferences, Allis Saga's R&D and design team visited Russia during the spring for in-depth exchanges and discussions with local customers and engineers from partners. This product is a tailor-made solution developed based on a thorough research and understanding of the specific requirements of the Russian mining market.
Given Russia's vast territory and diverse mining conditions, Allis Saga fully incorporated these factors into the design, ensuring the mobile crushing plant can adapt to various complex geological and climatic conditions. Even under harsh operating conditions as low as -40℃, it maintains efficient and stable performance, providing continuous and reliable support for Russia's mining industry development.
Allis Saga always focuses on enhancing the mobility and flexibility of its equipment. The mobile crushing plant can operate efficiently in confined spaces, relocate quickly between sites, and be flexibly configured to process different materials.
In addition, Allis Saga pays special attention to the equipment's energy efficiency and environmental performance. Adopting an electric drive system, the mobile crushing plant features low operating costs, low noise, and zero emissions—fully aligning with Russia's current focus on green and sustainable development.
In terms of intelligent control, equipped with a central control console, the mobile crushing plant can be remotely operated and controlled via Ethernet communication, minimizing operators' outdoor work.
Through precise data collection, real-time monitoring of equipment operating status and information feedback, the system can predict the service life of components and the entire machine, minimizing unplanned downtime. It optimizes the entire production process, automatically generates production and operation reports for real-time tracking of production efficiency, and enables remote operation, maintenance, and training. This improves the efficiency of remote maintenance collaboration, provides more efficient technical support, and delivers a more convenient and efficient user experience for customers in the Russian mining market.

02 Selected Mobile Crusher Project Cases
Guided by China's "Going Global" strategy and the Belt and Road Initiative, Allis Saga has seized opportunities to actively expand its international market presence.
Leveraging its high-quality, reliable, and stable products, along with years of professional experience in domestic metal mines and large-scale metal mining projects, Allis Saga's products and services have gained growing recognition and preference from customers across multiple countries and regions. To date, the company has expanded its business to over 30 countries and regions worldwide, with many Fortune Global 500 companies among its core clients.

Currently, a significant number of Chinese equipment manufacturers are entering the Russian market, creating a highly competitive landscape. What began as “involution” (internal competition) domestically has now evolved into “external competition” on the international stage in Russia.
As the saying goes, "Distance tests a horse's stamina." Allis Saga officially entered the Russian market in 2018. Over the past few years, through close collaboration with local partners, Allis Saga has won numerous loyal customers and established a solid reputation in certain regions of Russia, thanks to its superior product quality, outstanding performance, and premium local services.
