Allis Saga Equipment Supports the Construction of PowerChina Huadu Project

On the morning of January 14, the MJC1612 jaw crusher, shipped from Allis Saga's Zhejiang production base to PowerChina's Guangdong Huadu 11.1 Million t/a Construction Granite Aggregate Project, arrived at the site as scheduled. The delivery of the equipment marks the project’s full entry into the mechanical and electrical installation phase.

As the general contractor of the project, PowerChina No.8 Hydropower Engineering Bureau maintained close communication and meticulous coordination with equipment supplier Allis Saga in accordance with the project schedule, formulating a comprehensive equipment delivery plan.
Prior to the equipment arrival, Allis Saga's after-sales service engineers visited the project site in advance to review and verify the hoisting plan together with the on-site installation team. Upon the equipment's delivery, the on-site personnel immediately commenced the intensive yet orderly unloading and acceptance procedures.

The jaw crusher serves as the primary crushing equipment in the aggregate production line of PowerChina's Guangdong Huadu Project, playing a pivotal role in both installation and operation. The project is equipped with four MJC1612 jaw crushers, all supplied by Allis Saga.
These four jaw crushers feature a hydraulic wedge discharge opening adjustment system and an intelligent control system (JCIS), enabling real-time monitoring of operating status and on-line adjustment of process performance. This enhances equipment reliability and safety while significantly reducing the workload and labor intensity for operators and maintenance personnel.
