Recently, two sets of ALLIS SAGA's new ES2460T elliptical screens have been successfully shipped to Poland, injecting fresh momentum into the customer's project upgrading and renovation.

The screening system of the customer's existing production line has been in operation for many years, with declining production capacity and insufficient classification accuracy becoming increasingly prominent. However, a full-line shutdown for renovation will result in high production losses, a common challenge faced in the upgrading of aging production lines in the mining industry.

To address this challenge, the technical team of ALLIS SAGA conducted on-site investigations and devised an innovative renovation plan based on the existing production line. By fully retaining the original foundation and dust control system of the screening machine, and adopting core technical measures such as optimizing equipment installation interfaces and matching power parameters, the plan minimizes equipment downtime, which not only ensures production continuity, but also helps the customer save substantial infrastructure costs.

 Equipment Overview·ES2460T 

The ES2460T Elliptical Screen is a new model developed by ALLIS SAGA based on the LS Linear Screen, specifically designed for hard rock screening and classification screening in metal mines.

Compared with the LS Linear Screen equipped with dual exciters, it adopts a single-exciter design, featuring higher cost-effectiveness and stronger market competitiveness.

The screen box of this elliptical screen adopts a circular motion stroke at its center point, while elliptical motion strokes are applied at the feed and discharge ends. Its core advantage is that it can increase the material velocity at the feed end while reducing the velocity at the discharge end, leading to clearer material stratification and thus achieving more accurate screening.
