On the vast land of Mali in Africa, ALLIS SAGA has assisted Fosun Group in successfully building a benchmark project in lithium resource development in Africa — the Bougouni Lithium Mine in Mali.

 

With modular design, high energy efficiency, green and intelligent operation at its core, the project has become a model for lithium mine development in Africa by virtue of its remarkable advantages of "rapid site construction and efficient commissioning", demonstrating the solid strength of ALLIS SAGA's life-cycle industrial chain in the global mining industry.

The Bougouni Lithium Mine Project is located in Mali, Africa. Leveraging the abundant local spodumene resources, it is planned to build two full-process production lines. Adopting a three-stage one-closed-circuit process flow, the single-line processing capacity exceeds 192 t/h and 2 million t/a. The product size is precisely controlled within the range of 0–9 mm, meeting the production requirements of high-end lithium ores.

 

The project installation commenced in October 2024 and ended in mid-December of the same year, after which commissioning began. To date, all equipment has been operating in good condition.

As the equipment supplier for the project, ALLIS SAGA addressed the pain points of weak infrastructure and long construction periods in Africa. Based on extreme environmental conditions (operating temperature range: -15℃ to 45℃, maximum air humidity: 20%), the company adopted an integrated "process design + equipment supply + installation and commissioning" approach to deliver a tailored modular solution.

  • Screening System: 2 sets of ULS2460D modular screens, ensuring a final product size of 0–9 mm and screening efficiency of over 90%.
  • Intelligent Auxiliary System: Integrated with modular belt conveying, mobile power supply and a full-process control system to achieve unmanned remote operation.
