Detailed description
FD series grizzly feeders are specially designed for high capacity and heavy-duty operations, its designed and manufactured are based on European technology and standards. They are mainly applied in primary, secondary for feeding and scalping. Compact and robust structure design with an extensive capacity range up to 1800t/h. Standard hopper volume 26-45 m³ with max feed size up to 1500mm. The low profile makes FD feeders cost-effective to install.
FD Performance Characteristics
● The frame body and deck are fastened by Huck bolts to ensure overall strength.
● Heavy-duty double shaft mechanism with synchronous gears in an oil-bath for extended service intervals, the acceleration up to 5.5G ensuring the screening efficiency and prevent blocking.
● Highly adjustable for tailored performance—Adjustable grizzly gaps; Easy adjustment of stroke length by extra counter weights. Gear wheel transmission facilitating easy adjustment of stroke angle; Spring pedestals for inclination adjustment; Optional electrical or hydraulic speed (capacity) adjustment.
● Minimal and easy maintenance—Thick replaceable wear plates on all exposed surfaces with a mechanism that can be easily dismounted mechanism for easy servicing.
● A cross-tensioned optional second deck can be installed for removal of natural fines.
