Detailed description
GF series grizzly feeders adopt modular exciters with a closed base, screen or grizzly decks, compact sized and light weight but made for the scalping, pre-screening and feeding rock solid applications. They are also equipped with a squirrel-cage motor drive, with some models available with hydraulic drive. The capacity of the vibrating chute can be adjusted by changing the speed of rotation with a frequency inverter or changing the eccentric weight of the vibrating units. They are particularly suitable for primary crushing feeding in mobile crushing stations. They are also an ideal choice for static crushing plant with the capacity < 500TPH. Its max feeding capacity up to 550TPH, and the max feed size 800mm.
GF Performance Characteristics
● Compact sized, a closed base vibrating chute can be used for feeding, emptying, reloading or proportioning.
● Particularly suitable as discharge chute for silos.
● Vibrating chutes with grizzly decks or screen cloths can be used for screening duties that do not have high demand.
