Detailed description
HGF series grizzly feeder features a heavy duty design with Allis Saga modular AE exciter for open pit application, match the largest jaw crushers and impact crushers to effectively scalp and bypass material to relieve the crusher and remove low quality fine material to improve the plant product. Its low profile design allows the feeders equipped to mobile units as well. Max capacity up to 2400tph, the max feed size up to 1500mm for HGF2000.
HGF Performance Characteristics
● The frame body and deck are fastened by Huck bolts to ensure overall strength.
● Modular and reliable design AE exciter, stroke adjustability by the help of extra counterweight plates to be added in positive or negative positions.
● Modular vibration AE exciters with SKF or FAG bearings are lubricated with grease to ensure more stable operation as well as easy and low maintenance.
● Optimized feed to the crusher by help of drive belt ratio and a frequency converter optional.
● One, two grizzly section design, with adjustable grizzly gap, Individual grizzly bars, solid grates and rubber bars are available for option.
● Thick replaceable wear plates on all exposed surfaces.
● The spring seat is installed with pins. The feeder can be installed at a slope angle of 0-10°.
