Detailed description
BSM series screens are designed for arduous mining and coal applications and are equipped with innovative modularity heavy duty Closed box type LOW - HEAD vibrator that has high acceleration linear motion, reliable and stable operating, easy for maintenance.
High capacity and efficiency due to multi-slope design, special suitable for prescreening before proceeding to the secondary crusher and final production separation screening.
Heavy duty mechanism support beam manufactured with laminated profile and submitted to stress relieve, cross beam designed with square hollow profile for maximum torsional rigidity. Huck bolted T-cleats and vulcanized rubber liners assure longer life span.
They are using heavy duty vibrator the same as Closed box type LOW - HEAD VIBRATOR of LSM series screens.
BSM Performance Characteristics
● Huck bolted fixture between side plates and cross members - no welding. Side plates reinforced with vertical and horizontal stiffeners for extra strength.
● High capacity long life cylindrical roller bearings - less heat generation due to reduced friction when compared with self-alignment type and oil bath lubrication.
● Options for modular mesh, isolation frame and dust encapsulation.

● HEAVY DUTY construction: the screen body and the screen frame are bolted with Huck bolts without a welding structure, which is safe and reliable.
● Closed box type LOW - HEAD VIBRATOR generates the large excitation force to provide higher acceleration, higher capacity, and longer life span SKF or FAG cylindrical roller bearings - less heat generation.
● Cross beam designed with square hollow section profile for maximum torsional rigidity which are coated with special protection rubber or Linatex sheet, heavy duty mechanism support beam manufactured with laminated profile and submitted to ease and reduce stress.
● Modular and standard component design for easy maintenance and replacement, wear protection with replaceable modular rubber liners, assure easy maintenance, reducing down-time.
