Detailed description
ESA (Elliptical Screen for Aggregate) screens feature two unbalanced shaft lines rotating in opposite directions to generate a high-energy elliptical motion. This deceptively simple solution is more efficient than conventional horizontal screens that have a linear motion, and ESA Series is more reliable than other elliptical motion screens. ESA Series separates the materials with consistency and accuracy, even in damp and sticky conditions, such as wet screening or screening of sticky and dirty materials.

● Simple design with no welding structure, making it durable and sturdy.
● The high-energy elliptical motion of the ESA Series provides customers with up to 25% greater capacity than a conventional screen of the same size.
● There are significant advantages on the screening efficiency when wet screening or screening of sticky and dirty materials.
● Allis Saga modular AE exciter to make sure the screen high reliability.
● ESA designed with up to 50% more space between the decks, easy for maintenance.
● Options for centralization lubrication system, modular screen mesh and washing system etc.
