Detailed description
GS series grizzly screens are equipped with a modular vibration exciter mounted under the machine body. These screens are specifically designed for heavy-duty operating conditions in order to achieve high throughput. They are capable of processing highly abrasive materials, with a maximum capacity 1500TPH and maximum feed size of up to 1500 mm. The GS series grizzly screens perfectly complement the FS series grizzly screens.
GS Performance Characteristics
● Modular vibration exciter, linear motion with higher G force of up to 5.5, making it highly reliable and durable.
● It is used in combination with PF pan feeder, reciprocating plate feeder, apron feeder.
● Its frequency and stroke are adjustable to achieve excellent pre-screening effect.
● The frame is fastened by Huck bolts to ensure overall strength.
● Bottom desk: Wear-resistant plate chute or wire or rubber media to be installed upon request.
