Chengde Tianbao Group operates more than ten high-standard, modern concentrators and is one of the largest private mining enterprises in Hebei Province. By consistently employing internationally advanced crushing, grinding, beneficiation and dust removal equipment as well as automatic control technology, Tianbao Group leads the regional industry in production capacity, equipment advancement, energy conservation and environmental protection.
Initially, the Tianbao Tietai Mining Project used the CH870EC for secondary crushing, with a unit processing capacity of 1,000–1,200 t/h. Later, the CH870EC was replaced by the MH900C for the same secondary crushing process. The MH900C’s processing capacity is 1.8 times that of the original equipment, featuring high output, fine product particle size, high energy efficiency, and low operating costs. To date, the equipment has been operating stably for 8 years.

To meet the 10,000 t/h processing capacity requirement, Allis Saga deployed a powerful crushing matrix with 12 sets of MH950 large-scale single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers. This set-up handles intensive crushing operations while consistently delivering a uniform product size that meets specifications. To date, the equipment has been operating efficiently for 3 years.
