Introduction to New Product WMH300SH

As one of the most technologically advanced equipment of ALLIS SAGA, the WMH300SH is designed as a wheeled mobile crushing and screening unit. It is capable of crushing rocks into the specifications required for asphalt and concrete production. The first unit delivered to Russia has been put into operation for several months at a road construction enterprise in Altayskiy Kray.

Many Russian clients choose semi-mobile crushing plants—for equipment upgrading or production modernization—primarily because of their compact design, which eliminates the need for large-scale foundations required by stationary crushing plants.

The wheeled chassis of the WMH300SH represents a distinctive advantage of the equipment: it can be transported to mining sites by simply coupling with a semi-trailer tractor. Furthermore, the unit complies with road transportation regulations and requires no special permits. 

Additionally, all semi-mobile equipment of ALLIS SAGA can be registered as self-propelled machinery, streamlining the registration process with traffic authorities.

The WMH300SH comes standard with a full set of high-efficiency components, enabling a single unit to replace multiple stationary setups. Its core component is ALLIS SAGA's MH300 cone crusher, which is suitable for the secondary crushing (feed size≤185mm, capacity≤209 t/h) and tertiary crushing (discharge size≤60mm, capacity≤100 t/h). Additionally, different crushing chambers are optional to produce diverse particle sizes.

The equipment also includes:

• A feed hopper with adjustable grates
• A vibrating feeder
• A pre-screen
• A three-deck vibrating screen
• A hydraulic folding side conveyor
• An auxiliary conveyor for material preprocessing

Other variant models are also available, such as the WMH300 (without screening and conveying systems) and the WMH300S (without a conveying system but with a screen).

Like other ALLIS SAGA semi-mobile equipment, the WMH300SH is designed to adapt to all climatic conditions in Russia, featuring low maintenance costs and an intelligent control system that simplifies operations. The equipment made its debut at Bauma China 2024 in Shanghai in November, receiving wide acclaim. In 2025, it will be showcased at MiningWorld Russia (April 23-25) and СТТ Expo (May 27-30) in Moscow.
