With nearly 40 years of professional experience in the engineering and mining machinery industry, Mr. Ma Zhaomiao has also witnessed the evolution of China's crushing and screening equipment sector.

• Mr. Ma spent 13 years working at the frontline of construction and production in a major central state-owned enterprise. Starting as a technician and engineer, he advanced steadily, participating in the construction of multiple national key projects. He gained rich practical experience across various technical and management roles, cultivated good work habits and analytical thinking, and developed strong resilience forged in demanding work environments.

• As early as 1996-1999, while serving as the manager of the aggregate plant for the Fujian Mianhuatan Hydropower Station, he oversaw the entire process—from design and construction to operation and management—of a 500 t/h aggregate processing system, whose key crushing equipment was imported from Sweden's SVEDALA. This marked the beginning of his lifelong commitment to the crushing and screening equipment sector, where he has dedicated himself to in-depth research for 30 consecutive years.

• Over 15 years, he took full responsibility for the technical services and after-sales support of crushing and screening products at Sandvik China. During this period, he gained profound insights into the technological development trends of global high-end crushing and screening equipment, the strengths and characteristics of imported equipment, as well as the needs of customers in China's large-scale metal mining and aggregates sectors.

• His distinctive career experience broadened his horizons, deepened his understanding, and led him to recognize the crucial importance of technology, quality, and services for a manufacturing enterprise—as well as the core principles that sustain century-old European brands.

• Over a decade of entrepreneurship, identifying himself as an "engineer-entrepreneur," he has led the team through relentless efforts, focusing on the three core pillars of "advanced technology, quality-driven success, and value-added services." He has dedicated himself to in-depth research and practice across critical areas including product R&D, manufacturing, process design, and technical services.

• Since 2019, the company has launched more than 20 new products annually.
