[Shipment News] Allis Saga High-Performance Mobile Crushing Plant Shipped to Russia to Tackle Extreme Cold Conditions

Yesterday, Allis Saga's WMJC1208 Jaw Crusher and WMH400+CSA1850Q Cone Crushing & Screening Plant were shipped from the Zhuji factory to Russia.
After a long period of rigorous, multi-faceted inspections and comparisons, the customer recognized Allis Saga's R&D capabilities, international technical and manufacturing standards, as well as the proven track record of its equipment in Russia, ultimately selecting the wheel-mounted modular complete production line provided by Allis Saga.
Designed as a two-stage, one-closed-circuit system, the production line consists of a primary crushing unit, a secondary crushing & screening unit, a surge bin, and modular belt conveyor units, with a designed capacity of 300 t/h. It will be deployed in a crushing and screening project in Norilsk, a region with extreme cold conditions in Russia near the Arctic Ocean (annual average temperature of only -10℃, and the minimum temperature in winter of -55℃), which places extremely high requirements on the supporting design and technical standards of the equipment.
Allis Saga has comprehensively considered and elaborately designed the mobile crushing and screening plant in terms of intelligent control, operational reliability, structural and system stability, environmental adaptability, and other aspects. The system enables flexible combination of different product processing and rapid relocation between production sites. Special configuration design has been carried out according to customer needs, enabling the equipment to maintain efficient operation under harsh low-temperature conditions of -40℃.

Equipment Configuration:
Based on the understanding of customer requirements and the company's product advantages and characteristics, a two-stage wheel-mounted mobile crushing plant solution is adopted. The primary crushing adopts Allis Saga WMJC1208 jaw crusher, and the secondary crushing adopts Allis Saga WMH400+CSA1850Q tire-mounted mobile crusher integrated with a cone crusher and a 4-deck screen.
1. Primary Crushing Plant WMJC1208: Composed of a 15m³ high-strength bin, a grizzly feeder FV1148, an Allis Saga jaw crusher MJC1208, a frame, and a main discharge belt conveyor. Both the feeder and jaw crusher are designed and manufactured in accordance with European standards, featuring advanced technology and high reliability. Its maximum processing capacity reaches 425 t/h.
2. Secondary Crushing Plant: Integrates an MH400EC cone crusher, a 4-deck high-efficiency circular vibrating screen CSA1850Q, and a maintenance platform on a single frame. Its maximum processing capacity reaches 395 t/h.
3. A 20m³ surge bin is installed between the primary jaw crusher and the secondary cone crushing & screening plant, forming a flexible closed-circuit production system through modular belt conveyors.

Equipment Overview
W Series Wheel-mounted Mobile Crushing Plant
The W (Wheel) Series is a wheel-mounted mobile crushing and screening plant independently developed by Allis Saga. Built on proven core equipment, it integrates chassis, conveying and other functions, and is equipped with hydraulic and electrical automation systems. Featuring a small footprint, high production efficiency, convenient operation and maintenance, and stable and reliable performance, it is widely used in crushing and screening operations in metal mining, sand-aggregate production, construction waste recycling, and other fields.
Product Features:
• Three-axle (or two-axle) frame chassis system is equipped with a traction device complying with national semi-trailer road standards, allowing rapid relocation via a standard tractor.
• The system is built on proven core equipment, integrating feeding, screening, crushing, conveying and other functions to adapt to different operating conditions.
• Hydraulically adjustable fixed outriggers and auxiliary outriggers are designed to provide appropriate support during transportation and operation.
• The entire unit can be powered by either a diesel generator or direct grid supply, adapting to various on-site operating conditions.
• Integrated modular installation design enables convenient on-site assembly, requires a simple foundation, and improves operational efficiency.

Advanced Control System:
• To meet the project requirement of operating in -40℃ environments, the electrical control system is equipped with an automatic heating and temperature control system, thermal insulation layers, and an automatic heating function for winter (enabling automatic lubricating oil circulation when the crusher is not in operation to prevent freezing).
• With a central control console, both the jaw crusher and cone crusher mobile plant can be operated remotely via Ethernet communication, reducing the need for operators to work outdoors.
• Through precise data collection, the system enables real-time monitoring of equipment operating status and information feedback, supports predictive maintenance of components and the entire unit, and minimizes unplanned downtime. It optimizes the overall production process, automatically generates production and operation reports for real-time tracking of production efficiency, and supports remote operation, maintenance training, and enhanced remote maintenance collaboration for more efficient technical support.
