Jintongshan Mine is a pilot project for the construction of intelligent green mines in Zhejiang Province, specializing in the extraction of construction stone (tuff). Covering a planned mining area of 1.2398 square kilometers with a resource reserve of 69.31 million tons, it features a designed mining capacity of 13.9 million t/a and a planned mining period of 5 years.
As the largest construction stone mine in Ningbo in terms of current reserves and expected production scale, it is also the first mine project of Ningbo Communications Investment Group to enter the full-scale production and operation. By the end of August this year, the mine had extracted 5.8087 million tons of ore, generating operating revenue of RMB 413 million.

As the main equipment supplier for Jintongshan's 3,400 t/h aggregate processing production line, Allis Saga has been fully engaged and proactive throughout the entire process—from equipment delivery, installation and commissioning to technical training and after-sales service—providing the customer with rigorous, reliable and professional crushing and screening solutions.

Allis Saga's equipment has operated stably with high production efficiency at the Jintongshan Project. Tests conducted in April 2022 showed that the production line ran 10 hours per day, consistently achieving an hourly output above 3,400 tons and peaking at 3,600 tons. Intelligent Digitalization Empowers High-Quality Development of Mines
The construction of intelligent green mines represents a major reform initiative in Zhejiang Province's mineral resources sector, an inevitable choice to keep pace with the development trend of the digital era, and an indispensable path to promote the high-quality and green development of the mining industry.
With a deep understanding of customer needs, Allis Saga has consistently integrated the digitalization concept into the entire process of mine projects. The cone crushers are equipped with the third-generation CIS intelligent control system, which has been validated through extensive tests and on-site applications. Through communication with the factory's central control system, it enables comprehensive intelligent, unmanned management of mine crushing and screening equipment.
This system has obtained multiple software copyrights, and the high-efficiency and environmentally friendly mineral crushing technology used in the equipment has been included in the "Catalogue of Advanced and Applicable Technologies for Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of Mineral Resources" issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources. It also provided technical support for the "Research Project on Intelligent Construction and Remote Operation of Large-Scale Sand and Stone Aggregate Production Lines" based on this project, which won the Third Prize of the Green Mine Science and Technology Award in 2021.
- The third-generation CIS automatic control system enables real-time monitoring of crusher operating parameters and supports liner replacement planning based on wear conditions, significantly reducing downtime and labor costs;
- The positive pressure air sealing system and the tight internal sealing structure of the crusher minimize the damage from fine particles and dust, extending the service life of components and reducing maintenance workload;
- All maintenance can be performed from the top, and the hydraulic lubrication system makes operation and maintenance simpler, more convenient, and safer.
In addition, the CIS automatic control system allows operators to conveniently monitor and control the equipment from the control room—especially in the hot and humid summers in southern China, significantly reducing worker labor intensity.

Currently, Jintongshan Mine has established production control, safety management, and sales dispatching management systems, achieving transparent status perception, intelligent process control, and smart data services during the production and operation process. A provincial-level intelligent green mine featuring "one model, six systems, and four major platforms" will be completed by the end of the year.
