[Project Completion News] Comprehensive Development and Utilization Project of Ningbo Jintongshan Mine

Recently, Jintongshan Mine operated by Ningbo Communications Investment Resources Co., Ltd. successfully passed the safety acceptance organized by the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, obtained the Work Safety License issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Emergency Management Department, and was selected as a pilot for the construction of intelligent green mines in the province.

This marks the full completion of the infrastructure and work safety systems of the Jintongshan Project. With all necessary work safety conditions met, the project has officially moved from the construction phase to the production phase, enabling the full-scale ore mining, processing, and sales. The mine has now entered the full-scale production and operation stage.

The Ningbo Jintongshan Project is one of the first comprehensive mine-site development and utilization projects in Zhejiang Province. As a provincial leader in total mineral reserves and annual extraction volume, its production line covers an area of 170,000 square meters. Now operating at full, stable capacity, Jintongshan Mine is expected to reach a daily output of 40,000 tons, sufficient to meet the demand for sand and gravel aggregates in construction projects in the surrounding areas.

Outstanding Project Management Capabilities

Looking back on the project, as a crushing and screening equipment supplier, Allis Saga strictly advanced the project progress in accordance with the schedule, completed the delivery of all equipment with guaranteed quality and quantity, and provided full-cycle professional services. We fully cooperated with all contractors, consistently focused on the owner's project management goals, proactively communicated and coordinated with the owner, and planned and executed the work of each phase in advance.

❖ Pre-project Phase

Led by the project manager, a project management team composed of members from sales, technology, after-sales service, procurement, and production was established. The team submitted equipment documentation, assisted with design drawing, and coordinated with civil engineering and installation contractors to advance project tasks, completed equipment manufacturing, and had after‑sales personnel arrive on‑site early to guide the construction of equipment foundations.

❖ Equipment Delivery

Following the owner’s requirements, we conducted final comprehensive testing, loading, and shipment of equipment, and assigned dedicated personnel to accompany each shipment to assist with unloading, lifting, and addressing any issues on‑site.

❖ Installation and Commissioning

We developed a plan aligned with the owner’s project schedule and organized a team of professional service specialists in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and related fields. Working with all contractors, we carried out equipment installation and commissioning, full‑line inspection, production operation, and safety and coordination management. Throughout the process, our after‑sales engineers were stationed on‑site at the owner’s facility to assist with equipment‑related usage, management, and operational matters.

❖ Technical Training

We provided timely, phased technical training tailored to each post and trade. Combining theoretical instruction with hands‑on practice, the training systematically covered equipment fundamentals, structural principles, and operational knowledge. Through on‑site practical demonstrations, we enabled trainees to develop a deeper understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, inspection methods, and precautions.

❖ Equipment Acceptance

The owner, supervisor and user conducted equipment acceptance and held a special acceptance meeting. All Allis Saga equipment successfully passed the acceptance, complying with national quality standards, meeting designed functional requirements and achieving the project's designed production capacity.
