In China, the annual consumption of aggregates exceeds 20 billion tons, while non-renewable natural aggregates directly extracted from rivers, lakes and other water bodies are becoming increasingly scarce. As national ecological conservation efforts advance, green and low-carbon development has become an important development direction of the aggregate industry, and manufactured aggregates have gradually become the main source of construction aggregates in China.
Tanghe Xinmiao Renewable Resources Development Co., Ltd., a wholly state-owned enterprise, was established in March 2020 with the approval of the county government. The company focuses on river ecological restoration and the recycling of waste aggregate resources.
Guided by the mission of "Purifying Ecology, Recycling Resources" and the philosophy of "Limited Resources, Unlimited Recycling", the company plans to build a 3 million t/a aggregate production line.
Integrating systems such as crushing, screening, conveying corridors, storage silos, intelligent control, environmental dust removal and sewage treatment, the production line achieves energy‑efficient, high-yield and environmentally friendly resource utilization through intelligent remote operation and control.
