Overseas Order Delivered as Scheduled

 

Following the successful delivery and operation of the 210t/h diabase EPC aggregate production line completed in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia in 2020, Allis Saga won the bid for a 250t/h basalt project of a Russian enterprise in September last year, thanks to its high-performance equipment, sophisticated technology, and strong reputation in the overseas market.

 

The complete set of crushing and screening equipment is delivered in two shipments. The first has already arrived on site, and the second will follow shortly.

Process Advantages

- Two-stage and two-closed-circuit crushing and screening realize more screening and less crushing, avoid over-crushing, reduce system load, and lower energy consumption and wear;

- Heavy plate feeding combined with vibrating screening addresses the challenge of balancing feeding and pre-screening in alpine regions, ensuring better production continuity;

- The combination of impact crusher and multi-cylinder cone crusher optimizes product particle shape and crushing efficiency, striking a balance between production cost and product quality.

MHC500i Multi-Cylinder Cone Crusher

The MHC500i is a next-generation multi-cylinder cone crusher developed by Allis Saga, boasting advantages such as large processing capacity, high product quality, advanced automation, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. It is mainly used for secondary crushing, tertiary crushing, and fine crushing of metal mines, aggregates, and industrial slag.

Product Advantages:

- Equipped with the modular AE series vibrator independently developed by Allis Saga, featuring a simple design and robust structure;

- The screen body and crossbeams are connected via Hooke bolts, achieving a weld-free structure; the reinforced crossbeam design ensures screen body rigidity;

- All material contact surfaces are protected by modular rubber wear-resistant plates, making it an economical and reliable choice for aggregate screening operations;

- Compared with traditional YK and YKR series vibrating screens, it offers higher screening efficiency and reliability, and is particularly suitable for the aggregate processing.
